| 摘 要： | 报道了粤东地区野生蔬菜资源的调查结果,记录到该地区野生蔬菜资源有51科,127种(不包括可食的野生菌类、蕨类和藻类),分析了主要野生蔬菜的营养价值、保健功能和利用现状,并提出野生蔬菜资源保护及其利用的建议.

| Abstract: | The results of the investigations on the wild vegetables resources in the Eastern Region of Guangdong Province are reported.In this region,127 species(not including edible wild fungi,pteridophyte and phycophte)of wild vegetables that belong to 51 families are recorded.The nutrition value,the health protection function and the present situation of main wild edible vegetables are analyzed.And some proposals on the conservation and utilization of them are put forward. |
