运用空间句法分析的集美学村可持续性更新设计

通过探讨集美学村中集美大社聚落的整体空间形态构成,分析集美大社整体空间形态构成与人车流量契合的程度,对集美学村的可持续性更新设计提出规划建议;运用空间句法分析规划成果,从而探讨基于量化和实证研究基础上的历史街区更新思路.研究结果表明:空间句法的便捷度分析,不论是整体或局部,皆呈现出与集美大社现况相符的结果;同时,集美学村更新设计的大部分规划构想与空间句法的分析成果相符,将空间句法结合历史街区更新实践研究是有效可行的.

Sustainable Renewal Design of Jimei School Village Based on Space Syntax Analysis

Discussing the overall spatial form composition of Jimei Dashe in Jimei School Village, analyzing the agreement between the overall spatial form of Jimei Dashe, vehicle and pedestrian flow, the planning suggestions for the sustainable renewal design was put forward. Using spatial syntax to analyze the planning results, based on quantitative and empirical research, the renewal idea of historical blocks was discussed. The results show that the integration analysis of spatial syntax, whether global or local, is consistent with the current situation of Jimei Dashe. Most of the planning ideas for the renewal design of Jimei School Village are consistent with the analysis results of spatial syntax. It is effective and feasible to combine spatial syntax with the practice on the renewal of historical blocks.
