| 摘 要： | 采用实验法,对4～6岁儿童的心血管机能进行测试,分析了他们在运动负荷后的变化规律,探讨如何科学地安排好该年龄段儿童的体育锻炼,为他们参加系统的体育训练提供依据,以促进其身体的正常发育,并为科学合理地安排他们的体育训练提供依据.
