石油钻井环空螺旋流注水泥的速度衰减研究与应用

摘    要:用贝塞尔函数解形式模拟了经过套管旋流器的泥浆和水泥浆的螺旋衰减速度场,并进行了以泥浆为介质的全尺寸环空螺旋衰减速度场超声波测试,分析了套管旋流器之后的速度场衰减机理,数值模拟与实际测试曲线趋于一致。

Abstract:This paper aims at improving the flow field in an eccentric annulus. The velocity fields of decaying swirl are resolved by the method of Bessel series. The decaying swirl velocity of non Newtonian fluid flow after cementing turbulators is measured by the three direction ultrasonic instrument. Flow measuring tests reveal the mechanisms for cementing turbulators to impove cementing displacement quality. The method of computing the distance between turbulators by engineering controllable variables has been found out.
