偏好序下产品总体方案优选的一种群决策方法

分析了产品总体方案评价与优选过程中的群决策问题,针对决策过程中决策者个体偏好序表达时群体意见的综合给出了一种方法.该方法在综合过程中既考虑了决策个体的主观权重,又考虑了由决策个体决策意见可信度所确定的客观权重;以决策个体意见与群综合结果之间的总差异度最小为目标函数建立了相应的规划模型,并给出了求解方法.实例证明该方法有效且可行.

A Droup Decision-Making Method for the Product Outline Schemes of Optimum Selection Based on Ordering Preferences

This paper analyzes the group-decision problem in the process of evaluation and selection of the product outline schemes.Also,an aggreation method is presented with an aim at expressing the group suggestions by the individual preference ordering in the decision-making process.In the process of aggregation,this method takes into account both the subjective weights of the individual decision maker and the objective weights determined by the reliability of the decision-maker's preference,and a planning model to aggregate the individual preferences minimizing the total differences between the group preference and the individual preferences in built.The validity and feasibility of the method is demonstrated by an example.
