| 摘 要： | 从城乡一体思维下的生活污水资源化、自然资源合理利用、基于“3S”的交通智能化、循环工业和静脉产业建设四个方面人手，提出粪便资源化、污水资源化、土壤迁移、雨水资源化、智能化“市区高速道路系统”、IMTS公共交通实验系统、循环工业和静脉产业等措施，综合探讨生态城市的建设问题． |
