聚合物基体的结构与其敏感膜性能的关系

摘    要:
研究了不同聚合物基体的敏感膜电极对聚氧乙烯类非离子表面活性剂的响应性能,采用差热分析、扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析等测试手段,对聚合物基体的结构以及聚合物基体与活性物质的相容性进行了系统的探讨。研究表明,具有良好响应性能的聚合物敏感膜基体应满足下列条件:分子链为柔性长链,不结晶、不交联,敏感膜的玻璃化转变温度低于室温,并且基体与活性物质的溶解度参数接近,二者充分相容。

Abstract:
The properties of sensitive membrane electrodes responding to nonionic surfactants made with different polymer matrixes are reported in this paper. The structure of polymer matrixes and solubility of the sensitive material in the matrixes were investigated using DSC, SEM and X-ray diffraction. It was shown that the matrixes should be constructed by linear and long molecular chains without crystallization and crosslink, and the glass transition temperature of the membrane should be lower than ambient temperature. The solubility parameter of the polymer matrix should be dose to that of the sensitive material, so that they could form a homogeneous membrane.
