摘    要:中水回用过程中制约超滤有效运行的是有机物污染问题.以腐殖酸污染的聚醚砜(PES)超滤膜为研究对象,利用超声波清洗方法,在不同的清洗环境中对污染的超滤膜进行强化恢复研究.结果表明,与传统化学清洗工艺相比,超声波清洗可以显著提高清洗效果,缩短清洗时间.当超声波传播方向与膜垂直时,利用超滤出水作为清洗介质,在37℃水温下,清洗效果较好,通量可恢复至93%.

Abstract:A major factor limiting the efficient use of ultrafiltration(UF) in the Reclaimedwater reuse process is membrane fouling by natural organic matter.The PES(Polyethersulfone) membranes which were fouled by humic acid were tested for the study.The fouled membranes were cleaned by ultrasonic cleaning method in different environment.It showed that ultrasonic cleaning can significantly enhance cleaning effect,and greatly shorten the cleaning time.When the ultrasonic propagation direction was perpendicular to the ...
