| 摘 要： | 传统的全日制大学教育模式以教师为中心，限制了学生学习的主观能动性和创造力；电大、函授等开放教育模式由于脱不开课堂授课模式的巢臼只能算是半开放教育模式；完全开放型网络大学教育模式是在计算机网络中实现的新型教育模式。它指的是学籍、学制完全开放、受教层面完全开放、专业课程的选择完全开放、学习的自由度完全开放。这是适合学习化社会的理想型大学教育模式。

| Abstract: | The traditional full time college educational mode is teacher centered and therefore limits students' initiative and creativity. Television universities and correspondence teaching cannot break away from classroom teaching, so they are at most half open educational mode. The completely open network college education is a brand new teaching mode based on computer network. It refers to the completely open to academic record, academic years, levels of learners, course selections and learning freedom. It is an ideal college educational mode that adapts to the learning society. |
