| 摘 要： | 研究了应用偏最小二乘法(PLS)同近红外漫反射光谱法结合,对扑热息痛片剂药品进行非破坏定量分析,建立了最佳的数学校正模型。讨论了主成分数对PLS定量预测能力的影响,预测了未知样品,预测结果是准确的。

| Abstract: | The application of PLS and near-infrared spectroscopy for Paracetamol non-destructive quantitative analysis were investigated and the best mathematic modei. The numbers of principal com-ponent' s affection on the Prediction ability of PLS were discussed and the test set was predicted. The predicted result was reliable. |
