| 摘 要： | 所谓＂高学历失业＂是指具有大专（含大专）以上学历者失业,是一种知识人群的高层次失业。吉林省作为高等教育比较发达的省份但经济相对落后的省份,＂高学历＂失业现象存在而且较为严重,本文针对吉林省＂高学历失业＂的构成进行分析,目的在于增强政府相关部门和社会的重视。

| Abstract: | The unemployment of talents with high educational background refers to the unemployed persons graduated from colleges and it is a kind of unemployment for intelligentsia.In Jilin Province,education is highly developed while economy relatively backward,the phenomena about unemployment of talents with high educational background is obvious.This article analyzes the main features,aiming to get more attention by relevant departments and society. |
