| 摘 要： | 从磁光克尔效应的宏观唯象理论和量子理论出发分析了轻稀土元素对磁光克尔效应的增强机理；研究了轻稀土元素ＬＲＥ（Ｎｄ，Ｓｍ，Ｐｒ）掺入后（ＬＲＥ，ＨＲＥ）－ＴＭ薄膜的稀上成分比和溅射时基片负偏压对薄膜磁光克尔角的影响，研究结果表明，轻稀土元素的掺入能使ＨＲＥ－ＴＭ磁光薄膜的磁光克尔效应得到明显的增强。

| Abstract: | By employing the macroscopic phenomenological theory and the quantum theory of mag-neto-optical Kerr effect,the Kerr effect enhancement of HRE-TM magneto-optical films withthe addition of LRE elements is discussed.The enhancement of Kerr effect of TbFeCo andDyFeCo films with addition of Nd,Sm and Pr has been experimentally studied.Obvious en-hancement has been attained. |
