基于网络环境下的高校设备采购管理系统的设计与实现

目前国内高校对于仪器设备的采购管理以采用人工手段或单机操作为主，越来越多的数据处理已经影响到设备采购的工作效率．针对温州大学设备采购的实际情况，我们从平台模式选择、设备采购流程、设备采购模块几方面进行具体的设计分析，并通过ASP和SQL Server2000技术开发了温州大学设备采购管理系统．该系统有效地解决了设备采购状态、采购数据查询、采购数据汇总和报表生成等相关问题，实现了全校设备采购数据的资源共享，并提高了设备采购的工作效率．

Design and Realization of a Management System of Equipment Procurement for Colleges and Universities in a Web- Based Environment

At present, procurement of devices and equipment in colleges and universities is mainly managed by artificial means or stand - alone operations; more and more data - processing has affected the efficiency of equipment procurement. Considering the real situation of equipment procurement for Wwnzhou University, we conducted a detailed analysis in terms of platform mode selection, equipment procurement process, and modules of equipment procurement, and we have developed a management system of equipment procurement for Wenzhou University by taking advantage of ASP technology and SQL Server2000 database system. The system is effective in solving related problems including equipment procurement condition, procurement data query, procurement data collection and report generation. Thus the whole university is able to share data of equipment procuerment and the efficiency of equipment procurement has been improved.
