摘    要:本文着重研究了应用卷积滤波法进行高速凸轮曲线动态设计的方法。文中引入了巴什瓦能量定理,用以在控制余振响应谱的同时,对凸轮曲线的速度和加速度最大值进行控制;文中还提出了有效控制余振响应谱的几种窗函数,以适应不同的工作要求,并以窗函数对常用凸轮曲线进行响应谱控制为例,说明了这一方法的实际使用。利用本文提出的方法,可以设计出具有良好动力响应的高速凸轮曲线,以降低凸轮机构的振动、噪声和磨损。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies the dynamic design method of high-speed cam curves by using the convolution filtration method. Parseval theorem (energy theorem) is introduced to control maximums of the velocity and acceleration of the cam curve while its residual spectrum is controlled. Some window functions are presented that can be effectively used to control the residual spectrum of the cam curve so as to satisfy various working conditions. This paper, taking some of window functions to control the residual spectra of basic cam curves as examples, illustrates the practioal use of this method. A high-speed cam curvy with excellent dynamic response properties can be obtained by using the method presented here, so that the vibration, noise and wear of the cam-follower system could be reduced.
