装配条件下密封填料的基本特性

摘    要:以膨胀石墨模压成型填料、石棉线浸渍聚四氟乙烯编织填料和碳素纤维编织填料为试验样品,对其在装配条件下的基本特性进行了实验研究,建立了力学参数之间的各种经验关系式,进行了定量和定性分析。实验确定了单圈和多圈密封填料在装配条件下的基本特性,并对三种填料的基本特性进行了对比。研究表明,预压成型后填料的稳定性明显增强。三种填料中,石墨填料的稳定性最佳,对动态环境的适应性最强;石棉填料的密封可靠性最好。

Abstract:Packing assemblies of expanded graphite,FTFE dipped asbestos thread and braided carbon fibre were studied experimentally.The experimental correlation expressions of the mechanical parameters were established and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.The characteristics of single-turn and multi-turn sealing packing assemblies were determined experimentally.The results showed that the stability of premolded sealing packings increased significantly.Among the three packings the stability of graphite packing is the best,and the reliability of asbestos packing is the best.Graphite packing works well under dynamic conditions.
