| 摘 要： | 以文献资料为依据,采用调查研究法,对达县师范高等专科学校的学生身体素质情况、体育锻炼现状以及体育知识等进行了问卷调查,分析了传统体育教学的弊端对学生对待体育锻炼的态度、心理与行为的消极影响,提出了师范高等专科学校体育教学改革的指导思想.

| Abstract: | Based upon documents, with the method of investigation and study, in Daxian Teachers College students' physical quality, exercising situation and knowledge of P.E. is being inquired by questionnaire. The negative influence on students' attitude towards P.E., psychology and behaviour, left by the disadvantage of traditional P.E. teaching, is also analyzed and then the guiding thought of teaching reform in P.E. is put forward. |
