稀土对铅蓄电池Pb-4.6Sb合金阳极腐蚀性能的影响

摘    要:用恒电流失重法,金相显微分析,扫描电镜及X射线衍射等方法研究了镧、铈及混合稀土对pb-4.5Sb合金阳极腐蚀性能的影响。发现铈能改善合金的阳极腐蚀性能,而镧及混合稀土均使合金的阳极腐蚀性能变差。从内部组织及阳极腐蚀膜的结构与组成等方面,解释了稀土对Pb-4.5Sb合金阳极腐蚀性能的影响。

Abstract:The effect of La, Ce and misch metal on the anodic corrosion properties of Pb-4. 5Sb alloy were studied by means of the weight-loss method, metallographic microscope, SEM and X-ray diffraction. It was found that Ce may improve the anodic corrosion properties of the alloy, but La and misch metal may make its pro- perties worse. The effect of these rare metals on the anodic corrosion properties were explained in terms of the internal structure, the composition and structure of anodic corrosion film.
