| 摘 要： | 典当是中国传统民间借贷方式中最重要的一种，属于抵押性质的高利贷。近代广酉民间典当业有饷押和小押，饷押主要存在于城镇，小押则在农村，它们在人们的借贷中占有重要地位。典当尽管利率高昂，但也不无积极作用。
