| 摘 要： | 电子政务对于推动我国行政管理的发展有着重要的作用，电子政务相关法律规范的建立对于电子政务的发展又起着至关重要的作用，本文就我国现阶段电子政务相关法律规范的发展的现状分析入手，探究现阶段法律规范中存在的问题以及相应对策。
