最大压力与辊隙对辊压机能耗的影响

摘    要:分析了辊压机的工作过程和辊子受力情况,推导出辊压机转矩和功率方程,并结合辊压机的生产能力推导出辊压机的能耗方程,得到压力与辊隙对能耗的影响关系;最后借助Matlab数值模拟软件,对实例数据进行计算,并绘出最大压力与辊隙对能耗的影响曲线,为辊压机的压力与辊隙的选取提供参考。

Abstract:This paper analyses the work process and stressed sate of roller press,and educes the equation of torque and power and the equation of energy consumption combining with the throughput of roller press,gained the connection between the maximal pressure and roll-gap and energy consumption.Then the paper calculates the data of example,and draws the curve of energy consumption by using dint of Matlab software,which indicates the effect of maximal pressure and roll-gap on energy consumption as well as can be used...
