摘    要:交联剂用量明显影响高吸水材料的性能与结构。随着交联剂用量的增加,材料吸水能力和吸盐水能力都下降;扫描电镜表明随着交联剂用量的增加,产物更容易被粉碎,且表面变得光滑;热分析结果表明随着交联剂用量的增加,样品的热稳定性提高。有趣的是,交联剂用量为 0.01%质量分数时的样品为上述趋势的例外,它的热稳定性最高,吸盐水能力最佳。

Abstract:The amount of crosslinking agent makes a notable impact on the structure and absorbency of the products. Gener-ally , with increasing the amount of crosslinking agent, the absorbency of deionized water or saline decreases. Scanning elec-tron microscopy (SEM) pictures show that product will be pulverized more easily and that the surface of product becomes smoother while the amount of crosslinking agent increases. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) indicates that the thermal sta-bility of the product also tends to be stable with the increase of the amount of crosslinking agent. It is very interesting to find that the sample with 0.01% crosslinking agent reaches the best performance.
