| 摘 要： | 为了解决别墅斜（瓦）屋面渗漏的质量通病，根据现场实际经验，以北方别墅屋面通用做法为例，对出现渗漏的原因进行了客观的分析，从设计优化、施工方法等角度提出了应对对策和措施，经实践检验，该对策和措施是充分有效的。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the leakage problem of sloping roof of villa, according to practical experience, taking the general practice of roof of villa in the north, this paper objectively analyzed the causes of leakage, and put forward countermeasures and preventive measures in terms of better design and construction method. After the test of practice, the preventive measures are effective. |
