建北矿综放工作面矿压规律研究

摘    要:黄陵矿区开采实践证实,综放液压支架能平衡采场上覆岩层载荷,综合机械化开采对于预防顶板事故固然就像"安全箱"一样可靠,但这必须是建立在设备选择合理并保证良好的运行状况的基础上的。并且建北矿的煤层赋存条件、支护、采高以及井型等方面与邻近的煤矿都有很大差异,如果不加研究而盲目地套用其综放工作面的矿压规律,将会存在严重的安全隐患,甚至导致事故的发生,而造成巨大的经济损失。4-2101工作面作为建北煤矿首采综放工作面其顶板运动及矿压显现规律具有一定的代表性。通过对首采工作面进行系统的矿压观测,获得了老顶初次来步距、来压的强度、支架阻力的动载系数等矿压规律参数。总结出了首采工作面的矿压显现规律,提出了合理的支护改善措施,研究成果不仅能指导4-2101工作面安全生产,而且对于研究工作面顶煤,顶板运动规律、支架选型、支护质量及实现矿井安全、高产、高效等都具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Huangling mining practice confirmed that the sublevel caving hydraulic support can balance the stope overburden load, the comprehensive mechanized mining for preventing roof accidents is like "safety case" reliable, but it must be based on reasonable equipment selection and ensure the good run- ning status. And Jianbei mine coal occurrence conditions, support, mining height and well type have very big difference with the adjacent coal mines. If blindly rely on the mine pressure regularity of fully-mech- anized work face, there will be a serious security danger, and even lead to accidents, and cause huge eco- nomic losses. 4-2101 working face as initial mining full-mechanized caving face in Jianbei coal mine, the law of roof movement and mining pressure manifestation has certain representativeness. Through the study of the system of first mining face underground pressure observation, got the old top first step dis- tance, the strength of the pressure, the dynamic load coefficient of support resistance and other parame- ters of mine pressure regularity. Summarizing initial mining working face in mine pressure law, the rational support improvement measures are put forward, the research results not only can guide the safety in production of 4-2101 working face, but also for research on mining top-coal and roof movement law, the quality of support type selection, support, and realize the coal mine safety, high yield, high efficiency and so on.
