覆岩顶板导水裂隙带发育高度模拟与实测

摘    要:文中主要研究榆阳煤矿延安组3#煤层覆岩导水裂隙带发育高度等问题,为矿井防治水和保水采煤提供设计依据。以2304综采面为工程背景,应用UDEC数值软件模拟计算了覆岩冒落带及导水裂隙带高度,并在采空区钻探和试验。研究表明:依据《建筑物、水体、铁路及主要井巷煤柱留设与压煤开采规程》(以下简称《规程》)计算所得导水裂隙带最大高度为32.4~43.6 m.数值模拟冒落带和裂隙带高度分别为16和86 m.现场钻探、试验实测冒落带高度介于14.2~17.2 m,导水裂隙带发育高度介于84.8~96.3 m.导水裂隙带高度明显大于按《规程》计算得到的数值,经验计算在解决榆阳煤矿导水裂隙带高度时存在一定的局限性和区域性,而数值模拟的冒落带高度和导水裂隙带发育高度得到了现场实测结果的验证,两者结果基本吻合。综合结果所得:2304综采面覆岩冒落带最大高度为17.2 m,导水裂隙带最大发育高度为96.3 m.

Abstract:This paper studies the development height of water flowing fractured zone for Yuyang Yan' an group 3# Mine Overburden,providing the basis for the design of prevention and treatment of mine water and coal mining under water.Mechanized mining face in 2304 as engineering background,application of numerical software UDEC to simulation of the overlying rock caving zone and the height of water flowing fractured zone,and drilling and testing in the mined area.Studies have shown that:based on "buildings,water,rail and roadway main pillar for the Coal Mining Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"),calculated water flowing fractured with a maximum height of 32.4 ~ 43.6 m.Numerical simulation of caving zone and fractured zone height 16 and 86 m,respectively On-site drilling,test measured the height of the caving zone between 14.2 ~ 17.2 m,height of water flowing fractured zone developed between 84.8 ~ 96.3 m.Water flowing fractured zone height was significantly greater than the calculated values,and experience is of calculation some limitations in solving regional and Yuyang coal mine water flowing fractured zone height,and numerical simulated caving height and water flowing fractured zone with a highly developed field test results have been verified,the two results are basically consistent.Consolidated results obtained the maximum height of 2304 mechanized mining face overlying rock caving zone is 17.2 m,and the largest growth height of water flowing fractured zone is 96.3 m.
