混凝土防盐腐蚀措施的探讨

摘    要:为了解决建筑物、构筑物及大型桥梁在强盐渍土、盐湖地区的桩基混凝土腐蚀问题,通过分析目前混凝土防腐蚀常用的措施,包括提高混凝土自身性能、加大结构断面尺寸、加强施工防护、包裹隔离、表面涂层、阴极保护,对这些措施的适用范围进行探讨,研究土工布袋及大直径袋装混凝土灌注桩的防腐机理及在防盐蚀方面的效果,并在混凝土试件中内掺、外涂XYPEX防水材料,然后通过卤水浸泡、干湿循环,对XYPEX防水材料的防盐蚀试验研究结果进行分析。研究表明:混凝土常用防盐蚀措施均具有一定的适用局限性,并且不太适合强盐渍土及对承载力要求较高的大型桥梁;大直径袋装混凝土灌注桩是解决桩基承载力要求较高的大型桥梁桩身混凝土防盐蚀新的尝试;XYPEX防水材料对防止混凝土在强盐渍土、盐湖地区盐蚀有一定的效果。研究结果可为不同环境下的新建建筑物、构筑物及大型桥梁采用何种防盐蚀措施提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the corrosion problem of pile foundation concrete of buildings, structures and large bridges in strong saline soil and salt lake area, this paper analyzed the measures of concrete corro- sion resistance commonly used at present, including improving concrete performance, increasing structure section size, strengthening construction protection, wrapping isolation, surface coating and cathodic pro- tection, and discussed the applicability of these measures, then studied the anticorrosion mechanism and effect on salt corrosion resistance of the geotextile bag and the Large Diameter Bored Concrete Pile in Sack, doped or coated the XYPEX waterproofing material in the concrete specimens and analyzed the re- suits of the prevention of XYPEX waterproofing material in salt corrosion resistance by brine immersion, dry-wet circulation. Researches show that the salt corrosion resistant measures of concrete have certain limitations, and less suitable for strong saline soil and high demand for bearing capacity of large bridge; the Large Diameter Bored Concrete Pile in Sack is a new attempt to solve salt corrosion resistance of the large bridge pile foundation which require a high bearing capacity;XYPEX waterproofing material has a certain effect on salt corrosion resistance of concrete in strong saline soil and salt lake region. The results of this paper have provide the reference for what kind of salt corrosion prevention measures should be used for new buildings, structures and large bridges under different environment.
