摘    要:本文采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对七个啤酒花品种中十一种微量元素,进行了比较全面的定性、定量分析研究。实验表明,该方法具有灵敏度强、精密度高,选择性好,试剂消耗量小,快速、经济等优点。本方法测定钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、锌、铁、锰、锂、铅、镍微量元素的回收率均在90.5—101.7%之间。变异系数均小于3.8%。

Abstract:Eleven trace elements in seven kinds of hops were determined quantitatively and qualitaively by the atomic absorption spectrophotometey method. The result showed that the analytic method is sensitve, precise, rapid, economical in the use of reagent and good for selection. The recovery rate of potassium, sodium calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron, manganese, lithium, lead and nickel is as high as 90. 5 -101. 7% and the variation coefficient of every element is below 3.8%.
