异步交叉轧制变形区应力分布特征

摘    要:分析了异步交叉轧制变形区轧件的受力状态和金属流动特性,采用三维有限差分法对异步交叉轧制下轧件在变形区的应力分布特征进行了三维解析。表明:异步交叉轧制变形区的显著特征是忆件受到纵横双向剪切变形作用,异步比和交叉角的综合作用促使变形应力分布得以均化,这是异步交叉轧制能够显著提高板形控制力并降低轧制能耗的内在原因。

Abstract:The acting forces on the stock and metal flow in the deformation zone of asymmetric and cross rolling were analysised. The stress distribution in the deformation zone of the asymmetric and cross rolling was analysised by 3 D synthesized analysis. It is revealed that,the stock is acted by longitudinal and lateral shearing deformation,which is the notable characteristic in the deformation zone of the asymmetric and cross rolling. The stress distribution has been harmonious in the deformation zone due to the action of speed ratio and cross angle,which is the internal cause of its notable increasing the ability of control of the strip shape and decreasing the rolling energy consumption.
