果蔬农药残留检测技术与降解研究进展

摘    要:控制农产品有害物质残留的关键技术在于有害物质残留的检测和降解,水果蔬菜中的污染物主要是残留农药、重金属、亚硝酸盐;对农药残留的检测技术及降解方法进行了详细说明;指出了微生物降解农药残留的研究动向是:降解基因的克隆、表达,农药降解酶制剂和固相酶反应器的研制,采用生物降解与其他降解机制相结合的降解系统,真菌对农药的降解。

Abstract:The pollution source of the fruit and vegetables includes the agrochemical residual,heavy metals,nitrite etc.Harmful residual materials in the fruit and vegetable seriously endanger the mankind health.The key technique that controls the harmful residual material of agricultural product lies in the detection and the decompound of the harmful residual material in the fruitage and vegetables.This paper makes a summary of the pollutant source of the vegetables,the detection technique of agrochemical residual and the research progress that the microorganisms decompose agrochemical residual in the fruitage and vegetables.
