制度利益平衡视野下的城乡协调发展问题与对策

促进城乡协调发展是党的十八大提出的“四化同步”中的重要内容。虽然导致城乡发展不协调的因素有多种,但这些因素都直接或间接与制度相关。因此,最关键和最本质的因素是制度。只有城乡之间的制度利益实现了基本平衡,促进城乡协调发展才能顺利实现。政府应加大改革力度,努力从户籍、土地、社保、公共服务、投资等方面进行相应改革。

Research into the urban -rural coordination development from the perspective of system interest balance

Promoting the urban -rural coordination development is the important content put forward by the Party ＆#39;s 18th congress.Al-though there are many factors for failure in the urban -rural coordination development , these factors are related with the system .There-fore the most important factor is the system.Only when the urban -rural system interest realizes the basic balance can the urban -rural coordination development be realized .The government should strengthen the reform of census registration , land, social insurance, public service and invest, etc.
