具有两种不同服务的可修MX/G(M/M)/1排队系统

在批量到达排队系统的基础上,考虑服务台可以提供两种不同服务的情况,建立了一个具有两种不同服务的可修MX/G(M/M)/1排队模型.在这个批量到达的排队系统中,每个顾客必须接受同一个服务台提供的两种不同服务,第一种服务完成紧接着进行第二种不同的服务,第二种服务完毕顾客离开服务台.通过补充变量法得到系统的状态转移图,根据状态转移图得到系统的微积分方程组,然后对方程组求解,进而求出系统的队长分布及一些可靠性指标.

Repairable MX/G(M/M)/1 queueing system with two phase heterogeneous service

Considering the situation that the sever can provide two phase heterogeneous service on the basis of batch arrival,a repairable M~X/G(M/M)/1 system with two phase heterogeneous service is established.In the batch arrival queueing system,each customer must receive two phase heterogeneous service provided by the same sever;the first phase service followed by the second phase heterogeneous service.Customer leaves after the second service.By the method of supplementary variable,the figure of the state-transition and the differential equations are obtained.By solving the equations the distribution of the queue length and the reliability indexes are derived.
