| Abstract: | When the gearing of closed oblique-tine cylinder with steel soft-tine face is designed, under all the same conditions the finally obtained diameter of gear graduated circle would be quite great in diversity by calculating contact strength because of the difference of selecting tine-number of small gear. In order to solve this problem, this paper puts forward the simplified calculation formula for the contact strength so as to select appropriately the tine-number of small gear and make transmission obtain the most compact structure. |
