| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管紧张素原(AGT)基因的M235T位点与原发性高血压的关系.方法收集洛阳地区汉族原发性高血压203例,健康对照个体237例;测定他们的体重指数,Na+,K+,Cl-等离子的浓度,采用MS-PCR法检测AGT基因M235T位点的多态性.结果M235T的多态性在该病例对照人群中符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡;TT,MT,MM基因型的频率在病例组及对照组分别为90.1%,9.4%,0.5%和84.4%,14.3%,1.3%;M235T的基因型频率及等位基因频率在病例组及对照组的分布均无显著性差异;各基因型之间的收缩压、舒张压、体重指数,Na+浓度,K+浓度,Cl-浓度等均无显著性差异.结论AGT基因M235T多态性可能与原发性高血压以及Na+,K+,Cl-离子浓度无关. |
