西安市工业绿色距离与生态化实现度分析

建设生态西安是"十一·五"规划的重要目标,而工业生产的绿色距离及生态化实现度测评可为其提供科学依据.从资源和环境双调控出发,选取1985～2005年万元产值能耗、水资源消耗、SO2排放量和COD排放量4个指标,依据国家制定的生态市建设标准,对西安市工业绿色距离及生态化实现度进行了分析测评,结果显示:工业生产水资源消耗在2003年达到生态化标准,而能源消耗、SO2和COD排放量尚未达到生态化目标.针对其绿色距离和生态化实现度,从微观角度对西安市28个工业部门污染物的排放及绿色距离进行了分析,揭示了不同工业行业之间的差异,为建设资源节约型和环境友好型城市提供了依据.图4,表1,参7.

Analysis of Industrial Green Gap and Ecological Realization Degree of Xi'an City

It is an important goal to construct ecological Xi'an,and appraising Industrial Green Gap and Ecological Realization Degree provides scientific foundation for it.This paper embarks on double regulations of resources and environment.According to the standard of national ecology city,four indexes of Xi'an city-energy consumption,water consumption,the emissions of COD and SO2 of one thousand industrial output in 1985-2005 are chosen and their green gap and ecology realization degree are appraised.The results are following that water consumption of one thousand industrial output has met the reqirment of ecology city,but the other three indexes have not.At last,this paper analyzes the environmental pollution load and green gap of 28 industries,promulgates the differences among them and provides a scientific foundation for Xi'an to build resource conservation and environment friendly city.
