摘    要:非线性力学国家重点实验室成立20年来,不断提升人才队伍建设整体水平,取得了良好效果。本文从实验室人才管理机制、人才梯队建设、创新团队建设、人才成长环境出发,介绍和分析了非线性力学国家重点实验室的人才队伍建设特点,以期为其他实验室人才队伍建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:The State Key Laboratory of Nonlinear Mechanics ( LNM), Institute of Mechanics, had developed a series of hierarchy programs and management systems to support young scientists to achieve internationally recognized research production, since it was founded 20 years ago. This article introduced the hierarchy programs and management systems via the typical components, including the management mechanism, the distribution of workforces, the construction of research teams and the build-up of research environments. It offered the successful models in workforces for the operation of the research laboratory and institutes.
