摘    要:在人类经济技术活动过程中,沼泽的环境功能和生态效应发生了很大变化,通过对改造前后沼泽生物与地质循环的对比分析,阐述了各种功能和生态效应的改变,特别是水文,气候及生物等功能的深刻变化及产生的后果,并以波列谢低地沼泽水利土壤改良实践与效应分析为列,论述改造后治泽的一系列负效应,提出沼泽改造方向的选择与评价问题,为合理保护沼泽环境和持续利用资源提供科学依据。

Abstract:In the Process of human econothec - technological activcties, great change occursto the environmental function and ecological effect of mires. By oomparative analyses on thebio- geological cycle before and after transformation, Changes in various function and ecological effect, especially hydrologial, Climatic and biological funtion, and their results arestated. With hydrolic soil improvement of Boliesie lowland mire and analys is of effect as examples. A series of negative effect of mire transformation are discussed, and the evaluationand sclection of direction of hare transformation are proposed for the enviromental protectionand sustainable use of resources in mire.
