| 摘 要： | 竞技运动项目的“软式化”过程从本质上来说是要营造运动项目的多元化社会存在形态，从普及体育文化、拓展项目功能的角度来提高项目的适应性，并使其成为多数人能够直接享用的体育手段，其根本目的是使运动项目的技术简单化、负荷轻松化、形式娱乐化、环境卫生化．它是当代社会文化生活现代化的需要，同时也是运动项目自身发展的必然趋势．

| Abstract: | Popularization of competitive events is to make competitive events existing in multiway essentially,and promote the events'adaptability from the view of popularization of sports culture and promoting of the function of sports events.So sports events can be enjoyed by major population.The aim of popularization of competitive events is to simplify,relax the sports events and make it more fun and healthful.That is the need of modern life of society and also is a inevitable developing trend of competitive events. |
