大采高综采工作面煤壁片帮原因及控制技术

摘    要:煤壁片帮是大采高综采工作面的常见病害,若控制不当不仅会阻碍工作面正常回采作业,还会危及设备和人员安全。文章以18201工作面为研究对象,通过现场实测全面了解该工作面煤壁片帮的主要形式和片帮程度,并对该工作面煤壁片帮的主要影响因素及其作用机理进行分析,提出了科学合理的煤壁片帮控制措施,控制了18201工作面煤壁片帮程度,为该工作面正常回采奠定了基础。

Abstract:Coal wall spalling is a common disease in the large mining height fully mechanized working face, if inadequate control not only hinder the working face mining operation, and even endanger the safety of equipment and personnel. Taking the 18201 working face as a research object, through the site observation to understand the working face coal wall side the main form and spalling degree, through theoretical analysis master factors and mechanism of the coal wall spalling, finally, gave the actual working face coal wall spalling scientific reasonable control measures. Through the measures,effective control of the coal wall spalling in the 18201 working face,laid the foundation for the normal mining.
