我国煤矿水体下安全采煤技术的发展及展望

摘    要:介绍了综合机械化分层及放顶煤等高产高效采煤方法与水体下安全采煤技术的结合及应用,阐述了不断发展的覆岩破坏控制技术及控水采煤技术,归纳了不断进步的覆岩破坏探测技术、水体下采煤安全监测技术以及防水岩柱性能与质量评价技术,总结探索了不断提高的覆岩破坏及水体下采煤预测分析理论与方法以及回采工作面涌水量预计方法等,分析了特殊地质采矿条件下的顶板水害问题以及设计、审批、实施等各环节在水体下安全采煤中的重要保障作用。

Abstract:The high yield and efficient ways of excavating coal and excavating coal under water are introduced such as comprehensive mechanization stratification and sub-level caving mining;the developing control technology on rock destroy and water control technologies are expatiated;the exploration technology on rock destroy, monitoring technology on mining under water theory and capability and appraising on rock waterproof are concluded;the developing technology on rock destroy and forecast theory on excavating coal under water and water flow capacity in working face are summarized;water damage of roof rock in special geologic con: dition and safe function of excavating coal under water such as design, approval,implementation are analyzed.
