青海细叶百合鳞片诱导培养基筛选

摘    要:选择青海省贵德县驯化3年以上的细叶百合鳞片做外植体,以MS作为基本培养基,采用2因素NAA(0、0.3、0.6、1.0 mg/L)、6-BA(0、0.5、1.0、1.5 mg/L)4水平随机区组设计,进行细叶百合鳞片不同激素浓度诱导分化培养基筛选试验。结果表明:MS+NAA0.3 mg/L+6-BA0.5 mg/L为细叶百合愈伤组织分化的最佳培养基;MS+NAA1.0mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L可为细叶百合生根的适宜培养基。

Abstract:Bulb scales of Lilium pumilum,which have been acclimated for at least 3 years,were used as explant and MS culture medium was used as basic medium to induce callus differentiation.A Randomized Complete Block Design with two factors and each factor had 4 levels to conduct the research.The two factors were NAA(0,0.3,0.6,1.0 mg/L) and 6-BA(0,0.5,1.0,1.5 mg/L).The results indicated that the optimal culture medium for callus initiation was MS+NAA0.3 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L.For root growth,MS+NAA1.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L ...
