城市文化产业发展路径的差异比较——基于西安曲江新区与深圳华侨城的实践思考

文化产业是城市文化建设的重要组成部分,文化资源禀赋是文化产业发展路径选择的主要依据。以西安曲江新区和深圳华侨城两个文化资源禀赋差异明显的文化产业示范区为例,分别对其资源整合、业态比重和品牌营销进行了详尽的比较分析,深入研究两者文化资源禀赋与文化产业发展路径选择的关系,总结出了两种文化产业发展路径:以传统文化资源为依托的"传承型"发展路径和以现代文化资源为依托的"创新型"发展路径,为我国城市文化产业发展提供经验借鉴和发展启示。

Comparison of Two Different Urban Cultural Industry Development Paths -An Empirical Research Based on the Practice of Xihn Qujiang Newly Developed Area and Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town

Cultural industry is an important part when it comes to the construction of urban culture, cultural re- sources endowment is the main basis of the cultural industry development path selection. This paper makes an em- pirical study of two cultural industry demonstration zones - Xi＇an Qujiang Newly Developed Area and Shenzhen O- verseas Chinese Town, both of which have distinctive differences in their cultural resources endowments, makes a detailed analysis of their resources integration, format specific gravity and brand marketing. Besides, this paper makes an in - depth study of the relationship between each other＇s cultural resource endowments and cultural indus- try development paths. Finally, it reaches a conclusion that two cultural industry development paths should be de- veloped ： one is ＂inheritance＂ development path, relying on the traditional cultural resources, the other is ＂innova- tive＂ development path, relying on the modem cultural resources. All these provide experience and development inspiration for the development of China＇s urban cultural industry.
