摘    要:通过控制X气田生产压差主动防砂可以达到有效防砂的目的,但技术人员仍没有合适的临界出砂压差计算模型.优选"M-C模型"作为基础模型,考虑影响X气田出砂的3种因素并结合现场实验测试数据对"M-C模型"进行了修正,建立了考虑泥质含量和含水饱和度的临界出砂压差计算新模型.对现场10口气井验算表明,计算精度提高了13.9%.

Abstract:The reservoir lithology in X gas field is mainly argillaceous siltstone and the reservoir is unconsolidated,which easily leads to the formation sand production.Controlling production pressure difference is an effective sand control measures."M-C model" being selected as a base model,it is modified by considering three sand production factors of X gas field and field test data,and a critical sand production pressure difference model suitable for X gas field is obtained,in which the clay content and water saturation are included.The calculation results of 10 wells show that the calculation accuracy of the modified M-C method is higher 13.9% than that of D-P method.
