摘    要:随着人口持续增长、城镇化进程加快和国民经济的快速发展,小城镇建设用地规模呈现逐渐扩大趋势,非农用地需求量日益增大,人地矛盾更加尖锐.在丘陵山地地区,受特殊地理条件以及社会经济发展水平的限制,小城镇发展一般沿着交通干线及河流呈带状分布.对小城镇建设扩展用地进行适宜性的评价及空间优化可在一定程度上避免盲目扩张造成的土地浪费,为区域土地资源有效、永续利用和可持续发展提供参考.本文以重庆市南川区鸣玉镇为例,对小城镇建设扩展用地适宜程度及其空间布局进行了初步研究,利用GIS空间分析技术,结合区域社会经济统计数据,选取了经济发展、人口增长、交通建设和自然地理环境等因素进行分析,得出小城镇扩展空间的土地适宜性级别,以便为研究区及相似区域的城市规划提供决策参考.

Abstract:As the population grows,urbanization process accelerated and rapid development of the national economy,land for construction of small towns have rendered gradually expanding trend.growing demand for non-agricultural land,contradiction between man and land become more acute.In hilly mountain region,controlled by the special geographical conditions and the level of socio-economic development,small towns generally show significant banded structure along the highways and rivers.Construction land suitability evaluation can provide some reference to the development of towns,to some extent,it can avoid blind expansion waste of land resources.This article,with Mingyu Town as an example,conducted a preliminary study on the spatial distribution land use expansion to be suitable degree of the small towns.With GIS spatial analysis,combined with regional socio-economic statistical data,by selecting factors such as economic development,population growth,transportation construction environment and so on to be considered,we obtain the suitable land rank in small cities expansion space,in order to urban planning decision-making.
