| Abstract: | The harmfulness of sweet cherry virus disease is explained. The techniques to eradicate and detect viruses in cerasus avium are introduced in detail. Shoot-tip culture in vitro, thermotherapy and chemotherapy are common ways to eradicate viruses. Indicator plants, ELISA and molecular techniques are commonly used to detect viruses. |
