| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前列腺增生症患者经尿道前列腺汽化电切术的围手术期护理体会．方法：总结223例行该术式患者的护理经验．结果：术后住院天数3--7d，平均5d．术后随访1年，223例患者均排尿通畅，无永久性尿失禁、尿频、尿急、尿痛，夜尿0-3次．结论；加强围手术期护理有利于保障手术效果，减少并发症，促进患者康复，缩短住院天数．

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the perioperative nursing experience on patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated with transurethral resection of prostate （ TURP ）. Methods： Analyzing the nursing experience on 223 cases of this disease. Results： The postoperative length of stay for these patients ranged from 3 to 7 days with the average 5- day hospitalization time. All patients were followed up for I year and all of them urinated easily and smoothly, and nocturia occurred from nought to 3 times. None of them had permanent uroclepsia, frequent and urgent micturition and urodynla. Conclusion： Strengthening perioperative nursing is helpful for ensuring operative effect, reducing complications, promoting patient＇s rehabilitation and shortening patient＇s hospital day. |
