晋江下游河床演变及整治意见

摘    要:晋江为福建省仅决于闽江、九龙江的第三大河流。位于晋江河口的泉州曾是我国的主要对外通商口岸。但是,近三十年来,由于中、上游山地丘陵植被的破坏,水土大量流失,带来生态平衡的破坏,并造成下游河床的普遍淤积,以及排洪、泄洪,通航能力的减弱。本文通过对晋江的水文、泥沙特性分析,河床演变趋势和人为因素影响的研究,对晋江下游的综合治理以及综合开发利用,提出一些建设性的意见,这对开发该地区的经济具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Because of the damage of the hilly vegetation along the upper and middle parts of Jin River,the third largest one in Fujian Province,water and soil erosion has destroyed ecological balance,has caused the general silt along the lower channel and has also weakened the ability both to eliminate and discharge flood and to be open to navigation.Some constructive suggestions on how to harness and use comprehensively the lower Jin River are given through the analysis of the features on hydrology and silt of Jin River,the evolutional trend of the channel and the study of the impacts of the artificial factors.This will have deep significance to develop this area's economy.
