摘    要:研究了反应性聚碳酸酯 /环氧树脂体系中胺化聚碳酸酯的用量对固化体系的形态结构、玻璃化转变温度 Tg 和力学性能的影响 .用 SEM和 AFM对固化体系的形态进行了表征 .结果表明 ,固化体系的相容性良好 ,形成一个均相网络结构 .对胺化聚碳酸酯改性环氧树脂的体系与纯环氧树脂体系的力学性能进行了比较 ,发现前者断裂韧性和冲击韧性分别提高了 50 %和 4 4% ,而弯曲性能变化不大 ,拉伸性能有所下降 .DSC的测试结果表明增韧体系的 Tg 下降 .

Abstract:Morphology, the glass transition temperature and mechanical properties of epoxy resin toughened by amino polycarbonate were studied. The morphology of epoxy resin/amino polycarbonate curing systems was characterized by means of SEM and AFM. The thermal properties of epoxy resin/amino polycarbonate systems were tested by DSC. The result indicates that the amino polycarbonate is miscible with the epoxy resin matrix and it forms network systems. The epoxy resin/amino polycarbonate cured systems were compared to the pure cured epoxy resin systems. The K IC and impact toughness of epoxy resin/amino polycarbonate are increased by 50% and 44%, respectively with the increase of amino polycarbonate while the tensile strength decreased with adding of the amino polycarbonate.
