| 摘 要： | 全球金融危机是经济全球化带来的一个副产品。危机的毁灭性促使企业不得不从战略高度反思与分析本行业的发展态势,认识企业自身的优势和不足,并在此基础上理清企业定位和发展目标。科学的战略规划是实现目标定位的重要保证。以安徽叉车集团为例,运用SWOT分析法,探讨了企业的发展战略问题。

| Abstract: | The global financial crisis is a side-product of the integrated global economy. Enterprises should carefully analyze the development situation and trend of their industry and correctly understand their advantages and disadvantages. Enterprises should make clear their orientation, target and thought of development, Strategic projects must be constructed scientifically in accordance with the reality of the enterprises, in the process of which the execution should be strengthened. This article studies development of enterprises through SWOT analysis for Anhui Forklift Group. |
