| 摘 要： | 知识管理对于企业的产品研发和技术创新具有重要的作用。在阐述知识管理、研发的概念及其相互关系的基础上,讨论了研发过程中的知识分类,述评了研发过程中知识管理的特点、任务与模型,指出了基于企业研发过程的知识管理研究的重要现实意义。
