随着法律体系的日益完善,人们对法律价值的理解更为透彻。对秩序与法的关系也有了更深入的研究。从法与秩序的角度看我国的食品安全问题不难发现,食品安全已经成为影响社会稳定与和谐、经济发展与我国对外贸易的关键因素。亟须总结历次食品安全事故的经验教训,制定与《食品安全法》配套的实施细则,建立政府监管与消费者监督相配合的有效监督模式,对严重危害食品安全的行为提高罚金刑的幅度,才能从根本上遏制食品安全所存在的隐患。
