PVC/EVA共混体系的增韧机理

摘    要:采用相差显微镜、TEM 与体积应变测量等方法研究EVA 对PVC的增韧机理.结果表明,剪切带、银纹与适量的空穴都对增韧有贡献,但以剪切带的贡献最大.并提出EVA网络结构在增韧中的作用.

Abstract:The toughening m echanism ofPVC/EVA blends bas been studied by vol- um e strain m ethod,phase contrast m icroscope,and TEM etc.Tw o conclusions are obtained as follow s:(i).The m echanism forEVAto toughen PVCism ainly dueto shearbands.Thecrazes and a justrightam ountofcavities also benefitto toughen PVC.(ii)The role ofEVA netw ork for toughening PVCis m ainly in prom oting PVCm atrix to cause shearbands easier than EVA particles do.
